Our office provides complete therapeutic services that include:
Individual, couple, family, and child therapy.
Testing and Assessment
We provide a complete assessment of staff in terms of employment and treatment. We consult with pastors or ministry leaders concerning how to deal with staff or members of the fellowship. Finally, we are involved with board development and conflict resolution.
Intern supervision and training of counselors is provided by all of our counseling staff. Lay counselor training and supervision is also available.
Seminars and Conferences related to human functioning and Christian living are available. These are offered in a variety of time lengths.
We consult with leaders in business concerning , employee hiring, employee
evaluations and employee issues including personal, marital and
professional.
We consult with owners of business to assist them in their transition during
sale of the business, retirement or family member takeovers.
